free. Please call 397-5776 to register. For those classes that have a fee you
will not be considered registered until we receive payment.
Payment of classes MUST be made one (1) week prior to the class. When
you register for the classes we will give you the list of supplies needed for
the class. For any supplies purchased at our store for the classes will be entitled

Serger Pocket Scarf (3-Hour Class)  Use OUR Serger!

Wrap-Around Potholder (2-Hour Class)

November 10th – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – - $18.00 (Saturday)

Perfect for grabbing a hot dish with both hands.  The main body combines a pretty cotton print and a coordinating
solid and is finished with bias-cut binding, which you will make.  Makes a great gift and is easy for beginning sewing.    Materials are included in class fee.

T-Shirts into Quilts (5-Hour Class)
October 30th – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM – - $35.00 (Tuesday)

Choose your favorite shirts or make a gift for someone special.  We provide the iron-on backing to stabilize the shirts, and help you cut them to size before joining them into a wall hanging or throw.

Register and pick up instructions at least a week in advance.  Backing for 9 shirts included in cost.

Machine Quilting (3-Hour Class)

November 8th – 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – - $25.00 (Thursday)

Learn the basics of machine quilting on your standard size sewing
machine.  Learn layering and basting the
quilt top, marking, straight line & gentle curve quilting with a walking
foot, stitch in the ditch and cross hatching, as well as free motion.  Your kit includes fabric and batting so that
you can have examples for practice during class.  You must be comfortable with you machine and have good basic
sewing skills to enjoy this class.

Decorative Stitches & Twin Needle Practice (2-Hour Class)

November 15th – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – $15.00 (Thursday)
Practice using the decorative stitches on your machine and learn what you can do with a twin needle.  This class
will give you ideas and you will leave with a small project that uses the techniques of lace insertion and tucks.

Stacked Four-Patch (2 1/2-Hour Class)

December 6th – 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – $15.00 (Thursday)

A variation of the stack & whack concept.  These four-patch blocks can be made in a variety of sizes.  Turn your block into a hot pad or make
several and create a table runner.  Sewing machine and basic sewing skills required.  Fabric kit for 1 block included.
